Terms of Use

The essentials of using AuraGarden during its free beta, in plain language.
Who we are
AuraGarden AI (auragardenai.com) is provided by Yari, based in Spain. Contact: privacy@auragardenai.com.
A free beta
AuraGarden is in a free beta. Features may change, pause or end, and things may occasionally break. We'll give reasonable notice before closing the service or before any feature becomes paid, and we'll never charge you without your explicit agreement.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & data.
Your content
Your reflections, habits and plants belong to you. You only give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Circles and respectful use
Circles are shared spaces. Don't use names, habits or circles to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, to share illegal content, or to disrupt or probe the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Wellbeing, not healthcare
AuraGarden is a tool for gentle habits and reflection. It isn't medical, psychological or crisis care, and the AI-generated weather isn't advice. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline (findahelpline.com).
AI-generated content
If you turn on AI weather, its descriptions are generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) and are labelled as such. They can be imperfect.
Liability
We run the beta with care but provide it as it is, without guaranteed availability. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for data loss beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Ending your account or the service
You can stop using AuraGarden and delete your account whenever you like. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can go to its courts.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
